Organisation Unlimited (OU) is a boutique company specialising in the business of organising incentive travel programs, corporate events, conferences, corporate travel and specialised group and leisure travel.

Since 1987 OU has developed business expertise in organising a wide range of events domestically and internationally. Our in-house, ATA travel agency, Organisation Unlimited Travel, allows us to extend our services from conference and event management to include the travel component of these trips whilst you work with the same team.

Kerrie O’Dea
On completion of a Diploma of Hotels and Catering Operations Kerrie travelled and worked extensively throughout North, Central and South America, Europe, The Middle East, Africa and Asia. Kerrie was one of the founding employees with Organisation Unlimited in 1987 and went onto to acquire the company from the original owner in 2002.

In 2006 Organisation Unlimited Travel was opened to extend the company’s expertise to include a full service travel agent.

Kerrie’s commitment to her clients, her creativity and attention to detail in organising unique and tailored programs is evident in company’s retention of major clients over the past 25 years.
